EFT sessions typically last an hour. It includes conversation to gather background information and discuss your goals. Once the goal for the session is established, we will tap certain meridian points on the body as we put language to the problem you're trying to heal. Each session includes several rounds of tapping and concludes with making sure you are comfortable with our stopping point.

During a Weighted Chakra Tuning Fork session, I will work my way down your body to your feet by applying each specific Chakra tuning fork to the corresponding Chakra. The energy will move down the body, releasing out of your hands and feet to ground into the earth. This sound healing session helps to activate, open, align, and balance your Chakras. Plan for an hour for this session to include conversation, the sound healing, and aftercare instructions.

The solfeggio frequencies are unique to the Gregorian Chant tones and are used for healing the body and accessing Higher Dimensions. During this session, I will activate the Solfeggio forks at each ear and around each chakra. Each fork has a different frequency which activates unique healing properties. At the end of the session your body will be attuned to the frequencies which help your energy flow freely, allowing you to feel peaceful and relaxed. You will choose, according to their healing properties, one Solfeggio tuning fork to be played at each ear and around each chakra at the end of your Reiki session for added healing benefits.

Clearing with a pendulum is a gentle way to release negative energy. Perfect before an EFT, sound healing, reading or during a Reiki session.

I will use a pendulum before and after your treatment to determine which chakras may be out of alignment and need a little more attention.

Before I begin your session, I will place small crystals on your body at your Chakras to enhance the energy flow.

This 15-minute mini reading comes after your Reiki, EFT, or sound healing session. You can choose an Archangel or Animal Spirit Guide reading.
