Appointment Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Life gets messy and I understand that sometimes appointments we make need to be changed. I try my best to accommodate those needs and respond reasonably when emergencies arise. “No Shows” and last-minute cancellations block someone else who may have needed that date/time for their appointment. Please read my rescheduling and cancellation policy below before booking an appointment. This policy includes all appointments made with Indigo Palm Healing, including all Reiki, EFT, Sound Healing, Instruction/Training, and Reading sessions.

• Rescheduling notification via email, call or text is required at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment for your session. We will work together to find a suitable date/time to reschedule.

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded. If you have a bundle package, the session will be deducted from your total available sessions.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded.

• If an outright cancellation is requested with at least 24-hrs notice, a refund will be given minus $10 to cover service fees. Please note that we do not accept voicemail cancellations.
